KvartalAI.lt is a real estate search platform currently in development and testing. No legal entity has been incorporated yet, so the platform does not yet have a company code, VAT code, registered address or bank account — these details are absent here because they do not exist yet. Once a legal entity is incorporated, its details will be published on this page.

The platform is administered by its creator — a natural person who is the controller of the website (the data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679). For legal and data protection matters, contact info@kvartalai.lt or use the platform contact form.

The platform operates under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. In case of a dispute, please contact the website controller first. Consumers may also apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lt) or the State Data Protection Inspectorate (ada.lt). If the dispute cannot be resolved pre-trially, it is examined in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.

All disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the Republic of Lithuania according to the defendant's registered office.

Complaints regarding e-commerce can be submitted to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lt) or via the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
